Big Foot Bike School!

We have been so lucky to have Big Foot come and teach us all about Bike safety. 

The training included: 

• What we should wear to protect our head, body and feet, 
• How to check our helmet for cracks 
• How to bike safely to, from and around the school, 
• Road rules, including what we do when we need to turn left or right,
• How to make sure we are in a 'bike ready' position, and 
• The four check process to ensure our bike is safe to ride,

Congratulations Jamie and Riley. You really deserve those awards. You guys have been showing great growth mindsets in class, especially in Maths. You guys never give up in class and that's why you got those awards. You always have smiles on your faces and room 1 are so lucky to have you. Keep it up.

Moment in time

I am getting strapped onto the zipline.

I'm really uneasy.

My heart is pounding 1000,000 miles per hour.

she calls 3,2,1 go!

I take a leap of faith off the
​extremely tall ledge.

I'm hoping I'm going to make it without getting stuck in the middle.

As I'm gliding along I'm thinking this is really cool.

I crash into the mat like a bull charging at a bullfighter.
Screaming, "I survived!"
